March 15 - April 15: All scholarship applicants are notified of their status via email,U S mail,and / or telephone.
Parents and counselors are also notified.
4th Saturday: FREE Basic Parliamentary Procedures

APRIL
4th Saturday: Scholarship Recipients'Reception,Mandatory Attendance.
This event is BY INVITATION ONLY.

MAY
Scholarship Ambassadors Needed to Attend Receipient's Awards' Program
May 1 - July 31: Annual Dues / Donations Accepted. Mail to Post Office Box.

JUNE - JULY
Children / Youth Summer Camp
June 1 - July 15: Continuing Scholarship Application Packets Accepted via U. S Mail ONLY.
4th Saturday, June: New Members Intake Process
July 15th: U.S.Mail Postmark Deadline for ALL Recipients:
1. typed application with self photo; 2. Bursar's Form; 3. Documentation of acceptance and enrollment from
College/University.
Failure to Comply will all written requirements on the application and the bursar's form automatically forfeit scholarship for that year.
Recipient may re - apply the next academic year.
4th Saturday, July: Annual Programs Planning

AUGUST
1 - 7: Scholarship Recipients' Letters and Checks are Mailed to Universities. A copy of the letter is sent to the recipient.
